Air National Guard Benefits & How to Join

Felipe , Cedisalibros.com – The worst service ever! lost all my info – Just host is a scam service that will only give you problems last week I lost all my information because of a server side IP problem I try to restore a backup and found that the didn’t backup for days my service, even if I have the backup Pro plan, and the only answer you get “Seema T We really sorry for the inconvenience you are facing. I have checked it with our higher tech,Only those are the backup available from that date. F Who would respond for this I mean is part of your service? 9:32:13 PM F Right? 9:32:38 PM Seema T Yes its a part of our service we provide you with.” A very bad service not recommended for anyone

Airman Vision sat down with TSgt Andre Acosta of the California Air National Guard to answer some questions that you guys have asked when we asked for questions pertaining to joining the Air National Guard and serving in the Air National Guard. The Air National Guard is also referred to as the Air Guard at times too. We asked Technical Sergeant Acosta several questions that range from how do you join to where can you be stationed in the Air National Guard and how often do you work in the Air Guard?

If you do a 4 year reservist contract, are you ineligible for the VA home loan program? My research has lead me to believe you'd not be eligible.

Awesome video, and this is very important information. I have two friends who are deciding between Air National Guard or Active Duty, and this video would help in their decision making

Thanks Kyle and TSgt Acosta. Information great for those youngsters interested in joining any service, whether active or inactive. As a long time veteran who served in active AF then ANG. My situation is different as I was raised asa child of both Active and Inactive. 1972-1997, MSgt to Captain. First AFSC was 904xx, Medical Laboratory Specialist, then graduated with my BSN RN and was commissioned. Nice part my dad said wore me in both times. He joined AF/ANG after AF was formed in Sept 1948. He was what they called Civil Service, wore uniform daily, 40 years bothenlisted E1 to E9. Then commissioned in 1961, retired as O6. Civil service has become AGR status. Good luck to those who join the 1 percenters, as a female I did not find it difficult, but my being a AF child may have altered my experiences.

I went into the Air National Guard afterwards and I would recommend it, for prior-service and non-prior to go directly into.

Most of this info seems interchangeable with the AF Reserves but it would be super helpful if you did this with a AF Reserves recruiter too! Very informative

You didn't mention this but those who have a BREAK IN TRAINING in the guard and have to go back to tech school there is a mandatory 14 day quarantine that's what happen to some people at my tech school at Keesler. If covid cases go way down better manage someday than its possible this rule may not apply.
