25 Jun BlueHost Refund Policy & Money Back Guarantee: How Reliable?
A good piece of advise if you are thinking of #bluehost. I started hosting with them in may 2013. Just after a couple of months, my websites were down for more than 3 days. The only way to communicate with them was through Facebook. It may happen with any server, but their inability to communicate with the clients but only through Facebook is really sad. I started getting problems with my emails slowly. The emails from different domains/ different email accounts will stay in the outbox for hours before leaving. I sent them emails about it. They will reply back to me but the thread will be missing. They will keep asking silly question in their reply after a day or two. I never had any email problem sorted.
