18 Dec Bluehost Review by the Web Host Reviewers
I do not recommend. I had a very bad experience with #bluehost. Very nice environment and nice support, but if you have a bit more traffic or database activity, they will kick you out as they did it with me. Does not matter if you are “green” in all meters they are presenting you in the control panel. I was forced to migrate my website after get the “get out” message and it took me more than a week to put my website back online.
Hi everyone, welcome to the Web Host Reviewers. In this video we’ll be taking a quick look at Bluehost’s web hosting. Click the link in the description underneath this video to have a look at our more in depth review. Don’t forget to like and subscribe.
It’s rare to find a hosting company that will simultaneously provide you with every feature under the sun, provide brilliant support and also be super cheap. We think though, Bluehost does a pretty darn good job of providing an excellent product, with excellent service and at a great price.
Analysis has shown that BlueHost’s web hosting services are extremely robust and it’s apparently ver rare to experience any server-side errors. Your site can load in less than a second if powered by BlueHost which of course is a very reasonable load time. Our testing of the Bluehost network has backed up these claims and all in all, we were very impressed with the performance of the bluehost sites we ran tests on.
If you’re wanting to contact Bluehost for a technical or billing enquiry, we recommend you do this via their live chat service because we’ve found this to be the most efficient. In our testing of the Bluehost support, we found their email support to be substandard. It could have been just bad luck but we did wait a fair few days for an underwhelming support response. Their phone support however was very good and we do recommend making use of this.
Bluehost is another company that is using the term “unlimited” in their hosting packages. Customers should be urged not to be too swayed by this when making a buying decision because as I’ve pointed out in a previous video, the term “unlimited” doesn’t actually mean all that much. It’s worth digging through their terms and conditions to find out what they really mean by this.
Bluehost is currently offering a free domain with their hosting plans as well as a number of free services such as an antispam filter, $150 worth of advertising credits and 24/7 support. They also offer a money back guarantee if you request a refund within 30 days. Another interesting service that they offer is something that they call “quick start” – a one on one training session with a bluehost staff member to help new customers get started with their service and this comes at a cost of $79.99, but worth it for someone who really struggles with the setup process.
Blue host is definitely a hosting company worth looking into – as I mentioned before, Bluehost provides a great product and a great service at a great price!
