This company is definitely making money by scamming customers through the automatic renewals. Why is it that the company can charge my bank card weeks before the domain’s expiration/renewal pay date, but as a customer I am not able to cancel before the expiration/renewal date? That makes no sense at all. The representative I spoke with told me that after the payment has posted they cannot refund, but they just chose a random date to withdraw funds from my account rather than sticking with the dates on my account. Do NOT use this company.
