Day 2 – Medical Packaging Conference 2020

Yakov – Avoid #Justhost – I am a longtime customer and #Justhost is having issues with their email hosting being blacklisted. After spending an hour with support, they state the problem is theirs and they can do nothing to fix it. Truly a bad company!

Usability evaluation has long been the requirement for medical devices but now with the new MDR and revised ISO 11607, the requirement to evaluate usability of the packaging for aseptic presentation is formalized.

Day 2 of the 2020 Medical Packaging Conference focused on the usability of medical packaging by hearing from an industry expert on how to perform usability evaluation for aseptic presentation. Next, the conference provided a sneak peek into a hospital where medical packaging is being used. Finally, the session ended with a vivid discussion and live Q&A with nurses from various global regions.
