Elizabeth Warren Visibly Disturbed After Visiting Immigrant Detention Center

I use to recommend HG to everyone, Now id only recommend them to my enemy or competitor – Douchebags….. they blamed my php script for server error 500, was running 2 months, then error log showed PDO errors, i showed them, but the would not fix this in whm, and instead blamed my site, and then said your site works now, i noticed errors and asked what they did…. They deleted all the htaccess files. i was fuming, then the site died and they couldnt even ping for 2 hours. i asked they resetup another vps from fresh…. 1 min later im passed to another member saying we have cancelled your account and your receive prorata refund…. i asked for fix not refund, spoke to billing, they said its all processed now. I asked why no fix, they said as i used a 80% off voucher, they were not going to convince me to stay, nor do the work to fix as its not worth what i paid…. Im still trying to get full refund from general manager Steven, but its been 4 days and no response. got to wait 2 years for my other server to finish, so i can migrate that away from these idiots. Can always count on Warren to jump in and look good when it's politically expedient and has no real or monetary outcome. Ask her what her and her cronies told me when I confronted them about Standing Rock the morning after a young girl nearly had her arm blown off by the police? "Ummm, uhhh… we're going to see how it plays out and we believe the business has a right to defend itself." Yeah, you heard me right, when $$$ is involved and it would be a politically daring thing to do- this P.O.S. tucked tail and hid behind one of Hillary's arm flaps for the chance at the teet. Fuck her. She's dead to me.

These same cages were used by Obama. Why so much outrage now? It’s been going on for decades. These democrats in positions of power should have stood up a long ago but they have been part of the problem!

If immigrants are " so good for US econmy"
Then why aren't their own countries doing good?
Uneducated, unskilled, poor, can't speak English.
How do they benefit the alook ready poor US citizens looking to move up?
PS….its illegal for US business to employ non citizens with no documents. Talk about jail time

This is absurd. So Warren was not disturbed by DAPL, all the unarmed police murders, 20,000+ bombs per year via Obama, journalists & civilians killed in Gaza, the famine in Yemen & poison water coming out of tap. Warren can fuck off with the pretentious crap.

She’s a little late to the party I’d say, those cages have been in use since Obama was in office. Another example of E. Warren being a follower too timid to lead. Ocasio is your emerging leader.

I wonder if she realizes Clinton is a Wal-Mart boardmember. They make these children out their hands behind them while being escorted to go to the damn bathroom! They don't allow these children to hug or comfort one another. This is sickening. Congress is at fault. Fuck them all. Trump & his cohorts are so cruel.

she was talking about the processing centers that people are held for hours not days not weeks. you have seen the other areas. they have beds. they have gaming consoles. they have education. wake up. the idea that someone can come across the border illegally end them not get processed is insane. the idea that someone is going to break the law and then not have their kids taken from them like Americans do every single day is again insane. 80% of women coming into america illegal get rapped. that included kids. so when a parent comes in illegally think about the danger they are putting their kids in and say again they should not have them taken away. (not to mention the countless people that get murdered or just die while trying to get here illegally.) wake up. these are not good parents. if they where they would figure out a way to make shit work. their are plenty of people that live in mexico fine. but this family cant do it? seems like they just gave up and want handouts to me.

Time for the neolibs to repent of their sin of rigging the primaries against Bernie Sanders. Bernie wouldn't have allowed this horrible immigration situation to continue. He would have ended Obama's "deporter in chief" policies and never would have created baby jails and concentration camps like Trump has done. Glad Ms. Warren sees the for-profit detention centers for what they are, but where was she when Bernie could have used her endorsement?

and yet all the right wingers will scream BUT THEY BROKE THE LAW even though they were seeking asylum and many of them probably also believe that they will come here and commit violence even though they are trying to flee violence. this is what happens when the government kicks the can down the road on things they don't want to deal with. immigration, north korea, police reform…obama did nothing OR the wrong thing on all of those issues and now we have a raving lunatic with no empathy left to deal with all these things.

i'm glad elizabeth warren went down there to bear witness to this but she really needs to put her money where her mouth is and DO SOMETHING TO FIX IT

It seems our "authorities" are practicing for times of martial law and mass incarceration. It feels as if they're normalizing and figuring out how to divide and process immigrants so that they might use these same practices on US citizens when they feel it's expedient to do so. Just a thought…

This is incomprehensible! Will someone explain to me why women living in these civil war torn countries are having babies to SUFFER in this shit? I don't get it, nor can I begin to understand it, for NO WAY IN HELL would I THINK ABOUT HAVING SEX, living in one of these Countries! I have to try to save my life, a baby, KNOWING what these FREAKS & PERVERTS will do to children, are you freaking kidding me? I just don't get it! As it is here in America, all these FAKE CHRISTIANS care about the unborn fetus, yet when that fetus is born, and walking around on 2 feet, they could give a farts to the wind! Cut social benefits, force the mother to work, all while they can't afford the expensive Child Care Expense! It's when this sexual & physical child abuse takes place! These refugee kids are no more safe in Americas custody, than in their own countries!

There's one thing bugging me about this debate: Asylum is meant to protect people who suffer from persecution in their own country. People who want to leave their country because it is poor and they can't find work do not suffer from persecution and therefore don't qualify for asylum. People who are persecuted should be given asylum, there should be no argueing about that, but requesting asylum should not become a means to circumvent or overturn the regular immigration process for individuals that do not suffer from persecution.
Countries have a right to regulate who is allowed to cross their border and who is not. Illegal immigration is mass phenomenon because people outside the US believe it the easier and surer route to build a life in the US, and that hurts everyone; US citizens as well as people who use the legal routes to immigrate; even the illegal immigrants themselves are worse off for entering the country illegally.
In my opinion there should be clear procedures for legal immigration that a) allow to apply for immigration or asylum at the border, but not after the border has been crossed illegally and b) grant people a high enough chance to be allowed to immigrate that undergoing the process is worth bothering. Also in my opinion anybody caught behind the border and unable to produce paperwork to prove they're in the US legally should be deported immediately and without exception – after having their fingerprints taken and being entered into a database of people barred to immigrate or enter the country in the future. The idea behind this being: "Stick to the rules and you have a chance to stay and eventually become a citizen, break the rules and you're out for good".

Anybody who has used those metalized mylar 'space blankets' knows their pros and cons. They are light, cheap, and they do keep you warm in an emergency.
The drawback is that they are also vapor barriers. That means that while you are warm, you are keeping all your sweat and moisture trapped around you.
As soon as you are exposed to open air, all that moisture evaporates and rapidly cools you. It also makes you stink like a rancid armpit/crotch due to bacteria.

Then you progtards should stop luring them up here with your welfare and free healthcare paid by us….not you. If they come here illegally they will be detained then sent back home. Keep running that "gauntlet" and sooner or later your ticket will get punched….and not the way you think.

    Thomas Phippen | Reporter
Massachusetts Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren once encouraged her home state to house unaccompanied immigrant children on military bases in 2014, but she decries the Trump administration’s use of detention centers.

During the surge of children crossing the southern border illegally in 2014 and 2015, Warren and fellow Massachusetts Democratic Sen. Ed Markey endorsed former Gov. Duval Patrick’s offer to house the unaccompanied minors at military bases.

“These kids are at real risk and we need to do everything we can to make sure they are not harmed or in danger,” Warren said in 2014, according to MassLive. “I agree with Pope Francis that this is a humanitarian crisis, and I believe every state that can help, should help.”

The Obama administration eventually housed several thousand migrants at military bases across the country in 2014, The Washington Post reported, but Massachusetts military installations were not needed during that crisis. The administration further considered Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts to house migrants in 2016. (RELATED: Migrant Children Released To Sponsors Without Background Checks Under Obama)

In a letter to President Donald Trump on June 13, Warren and 39 other senators urged the administration to end the practice of separating families who crossed the border illegally, noting that it could lead to sending children to military bases.

“We are writing to ask that you reverse course on your inhumane decision to separate children from their parents at the border,” Warren and other senators wrote in the letter to Trump, before he announced his plan to house immigrant families together at military bases. “This policy has traumatized children who are fleeing extreme violence. Our government has a humanitarian duty to the children and families seeking asylum in the United States to end this policy immediately.”

The senators wrote that removing children should be done if the child was in danger, and warned that doing so might lead to housing immigrants on military bases.

“Best practices in child welfare promote keeping children and their parents together unless removal is in the child’s best interest,” the letter said. “Unnecessarily separating more children from their parents will further exacerbate the lack of home-based foster care placements available and increase the use of large-capacity institutional settings, such as abandoned military bases, to house these children.”

The Keeping Families Together Act, proposed legislation from Virginia Democratic Sen. Mark Warner and cosponsored by Warren on June 13, states that “in general, there is a presumption that detention is not in the best interests of families and children.” In their letter, the senators argued that the “community-based alternatives to detention, like intensive case management and referrals to social services and legal resources” have been proven to “increase the likelihood that immigrants appear at court proceedings.”

Warren visited the Central Processing Center in McAllen, Texas, Saturday, to inspect the conditions of children held there. The center was opened during the 2014 minor surge, and is run by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

In an emotional press gaggle outside the center, Warren described seeing the children sleeping on floors at the center in cages.

At UAC holding center, @SenWarren says a woman from El Salvador “explained she had given a drink do water to the police and now the gangs believe that she is helping the police so she sold everything that she has and she and her 4-yr-old fled the country.” #BorderCrisis pic.twitter.com/BucJbeBE5i

“And they’re all on the concrete floors in cages. There’s just no other way to describe it. They’re big, chain-link cages on cold concrete floors and metal blankets handed out to the people,” Warren said. “The question we asked many of them … Were they glad they cam?. And for all of them it brought smiles. And they said, ‘Yes, I am here in America.'”

“It’s a disturbing picture,” Warren said.

The Pentagon announced Sunday that it is considering two military bases for temporary housing of migrant families. Warren’s office did not immediately return The Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

The only mistake ice police and border patrol made was they should have locked up Elizabeth Warren along with illegal immigrants that are being detained in those cages, in reality leftist like you mike Figueredo are too stupid and gullible to realize that the Democrats and the left-wing collectivist parties really don't give a damn about the illegal immigrants and their children as well, because illegal immigration is Democrats greatest strength and greatest weakness in order to function and exist as a party as a whole, illegal immigration is only good for helping the Democratic party maintain power and elections as well as their existence, because other than that the Democratic party really don't give a damn about the illegal immigrants and their children even if they are anchor babies, besides regardlessly of the reasons or situations (life-threatening or not) you're Coming into America illegally you still committing a crime and deserves to be detained and/or deported, Mike Figueredo what bothers me is about people like you is, you're crying that illegal immigrants are being detained and put in cages, but at least the illegal aliens aren't being executed right on the spot like right on the boundary line of the Border by the United States government instead, the illegal immigrants should be thankful for that at least that much.
