I have made a complete and unbiased review of Hostgator Webhosting Company since I have already tried it with some of my websites. And I think it would be great if I’ll share my thoughts about this webhosting plan.

Well-trained Customer Service Support:

Basically, their customer support can be contacted in three ways. That is via telephone calls, live chat and e-mail. Their support is so good that you can call them 24/7 and ask them all you want regarding your hosting plans issues and concerns. However, Hostgator should know that there are some cases wherein there customer support is incapable of resolving issues. They should also improve in resolving issues as fast as they can.

Outstanding Uptime record

Regardless of their two major drawbacks, Hostgator has continued to be an outstanding and reliable hosting server. Personally, I have tried Hostgator for the past several years in my other websites and luckily, I have to say, that their uptime speed result is incredible.

Cheap and reasonable hosting plans

The prices vary from less than 3.95 dollars per month (hatching plan) and all the way up to more than $299 for PRO dedicated hosting plans. I really believe that if you spend for as low as $3.95 for Hostgator’s hatching plan, you will definitely save more money and enjoy the service and features than spending it with other expensive webhosting companies.

Fallback of Hostgator

Basically, the only disadvantage of Hostgator is their customer support service. I have read a lot of reviews about them, and one common complaint is that they cannot resolve issues faster. Although, their customer support is knowledgeable, they still have problems related to time-management which I hope they can improve.

Conclusion for Hostgator Review:

HostGator has definitely the most affordable & reasonable pricing, hosting services, performance and good reputation. I just hope that they continue to work on improving their customer support service. Nevertheless, they are still the fastest webhosting company I know compared to other web hosting firms.
