This is, unfortunately, an advertisement for Bluehost disguised as a tutorial (I appreciate that bills need to get paid, but still…).  Fortunately, this tutorial works for hosting a Drupal site on any CPanel based shared hosting service… like A2 Hosting (SSD hosting… awesome service!), JustHOST, or any of many others.

How about how to set up dev/stage subdomains on blue host and how to Git with it? Or installing drush on blue host? Or pulling off multisite with them?
