I wish I had read these reviews prior to obtaining this service – This is the worst service I have had in my life!!!!! Long wait times whenever you need help. You are charged for EVERY thing!!     Very interesting fact about the Web Hosting Server, learnt something new today, I worked with the Helpdesk and I see my colleague actually doing web hosting job but this explains it clearly.

    Glad I came across this video. I've been looking for a new web hosting provider since I cancelled my Godaddy account. Every single time I called them they would put me through a ridiculous ordeal and almost never actually solve my problem. I'm going to have to give HostPapa a try.
