The easiest way to do that is to block the IP address they are attempting to access your website from.     My client purchase a new domain from you and its not linked with the hosting. Propogation is over. Still not connected.

    Also my client mistakenly purchase another hosting "WordPress hoshosti now they want to regund that new hosting but there is no option to refund. Your live support system is also very very bad.
