How To Get People To Know Like & Trust You

The worst company ever – #hostgator; if you trust your webhosting to them you need your head testing. We are a small camera club Wight Balance Photography Plus and we used #hostgator for our webhost, we trusted them with our website and domain name, what a mistake. We had them host our website for four years. The last two have been a nightmare. They would not answer support ticket requests. You are better off talking to your dog than try too communicate via their live chat link. They disabled our website and sold off our domain name to a third party. You would be better off sending smoke signals to communicate to the world than trust #hostgator with your website. The worst company we have ever dealt with. Brian Williams

    Sup John!

Something that I haven't done that I think will help others as beginners when building out their blogs or online business is to add video on the Why Buy from Us Page.

Also The FAQ page is a great way to showcase your industry knowledge on the topic your potential buyer is searching for, which then provides your customers / clients with information specific about your topic which converts into Authority.

Another one is Shipping information. Having this information page eases the customers doubts about your online business if it's their first time ordering from you online and if you dropshipping physical products.

A return Policy Page eases the customers mind when looking to purchase as well and informs them if the product they are buying can be returned if it gets damaged along the way or if the wrong product was shipped.

Very Important to bring up and answer your customers objections or concerns before they buy. This brings down any reluctance or indecision on purchasing your products.

I still haven't implemented all of these myself on my website but I will this week.

    Cheers!
