Throw your money down the drain instead – I set up a .com domain and hosting – they took my money, and I spent days importing WordPress and setting it up. Then 10 days later, the whole thing disappeared. Attempts to reach #hostgator were useless.     It should also be noted, that .htaccess might be empty. So when it loads into the editor, it will be a blank screen. You then need to click into the main area of the page and type in the line of code shown in the video.
    ErrorDocument 404 /your404page.html
    Then click the save changes button.

    I have no HTaccess file on my folder
