How To Upload Files To Your Website Using CPanel

ex-Client , Bucharest, Romania – Be advised! Account SUSPENDED / NO Support – STAY AWAY!!! Low up-time, slow ftp and web access, no (auto)notification system, no basic protection system, hacked twice last year because of their PHP exploits “facilities” and, finally, my hosting account suddenly deactivated – reason: “listed on spamhaus blacklist”!? Jesus! I’m a musician, singer, composer … not a “spammer”! No answer from the morons called “Terms of Service” Department! STAY AWAY!!!

FTP Clients are not the only way you can upload files to your website, although it is the way recommend. An alternative is to upload files through your website hosting control panel, most control panels should support some type of uploading.

If your website control panel is cPanel then this tutorial will show you exactly how to upload and mange files on your website through your cPanel control panel.

I understand the uploading idea but I would like my main page to appear when I type my domain into the browser. Where do I upload my main page so that it comes up when I enter my domain into the browser?
