HOW TO USE ZOOM – How to Host/Attend a Meeting [for Beginners]

Jennifer Clark – Problems are never properly fixed – They have internal communication problems and try to gloss over any issues by telling you they are fixed when they are not. I would not recommend this company to anyone, whether professional or personal accounts. I use their service to host multiple client websites. They have all gone down twice in the last two weeks. The first time they found the problem right away. I had made a change to my account 6 months earlier and it had just now affected all the websites. They could not figure out why. The first person I spoke to never even submitted the ticket to “Level 2” tech support and I had to spend half the night checking with them. Eventually I changed my account back and fixed the problem myself. Now the websites are down all day for chunks of time and they told me they had server issues which had been fixed.

Need to host or attend a conference and nervous that you might screw up? In this video, I show you everything you need to know about hosting or attending a meeting/class/conference/lecture/call online with Zoom. Zoom is a powerful and popular platform for online video meetings with great features such as sharing video, audio, screen/windows, document cameras, white boards, chats, and much more. There are several plans available, but to start, Zoom is completely free with a 4 person limit and 40 minute limit on meetings. You can choose a plan and host up to 1000 people in a single meeting, or broadcast a lecture to 10,000 and the streams can last up to ~24 hrs. I hope this video helps you to better understand how to use Zoom on your desktop or laptop (or mobile device). Thank you for watching!

Sir i have a question, can the guest automatically enter in the meeting without the host letting them in or the host must let them in every single time. Because sometimes the host is using different screen and they cannot see the participants joining in and they end up waiting for so long until the host let them in. Is there any way of automatically letting them in. And also does the meeting record automatically or we need to select something. Thankyou

5/21/02 This is not a good tutorial as an introduction to Zoom for people who have no idea how Zoom works. It does say that the free version is limited to 40-min but you get no (Zoom for Dummies) idea of how one gets a zoom account, how to activate Zoom, that its wants your birthday and and a photo or it how to get a pass words how you get a meeting ID.
