iPage Guarantee – The Truth About iPage’s Money Back Guarantee Revealed

Pretty bad customer support – They don’t give a fuck about customers. I think they make money on idiots they draw in with initial deals. They charge you even when you’ve told them you want to switch hosting companies. If they can get away with it, they will.

Hey tribe, how are ya good people?

We’ve seen a lot of web hosting companies pretend to offer a money-back guarantee, but make you jump through hoops to get your money back, or not even allow it at all.

Let’s go over the details of the Money-Back Guarantee from iPage Hosting.

You can visit iPage using this special link to activate $3.50/month pricing:

"Flag for spam". What a joke. Have you actually tried this? NO; you're just trying to sell your bullshit affiliate product through your bullshit website. I really wish you and all the rest of these money hungry scumbag internet marketers would stop promoting ipage. It's probably the single worst web hosting available but their affiliate program pays well so they get the best reviews. Unreal.

they take all the money in one go and then when you try and get a refund there's no one to respond to emails or 'live chats', they get u to take a 'ticket' in their system. when you say 'all you have to do is contact ipage' – it's so hard to get a response from them

This is a joke. iPage terms and conditions essentially state that they will offer a refund upon cancellation … IF they feel like it.  And typically – they don't feel like it. See for yourself: http://www.ipage.com/legal/legal_useragreement.bml#cancel-policy
