Life at Bluehost


#bluehost Misleads You. I was with #bluehost for a few months. I set up an account, along with the Certificate, that certifies your website virus free, and uploaded my site. Within a month, I received an email, saying my account/domain had been suspended for a Terms of Use violation, and contact them within 15 days I contacted support, and they said it was in fact not a TOS Violation, but a chargeback. I tried logging in to my account, after is was suspended, because on support they told me, to log into my account, to renew it, and it wouldn’t let me log in. So scratch that. 2 weeks ago, I received an email, saying the chargeback is complete, and another email to contact them/log into my account, renew my account, or it will be deleted in 5 days. My tip is, if you ever get an email, saying your account/domain was suspended for a TOS Violation, contact them, cause the email is lying. I’m now with a host in the BETA Stage of hosting. Great support, and .tk domains. Don’t believe #bluehost emails! They lie!

    WOW, I'm a customer and I am SOOOOOO glad that this is my hosting company. When I chat online or call, it is SO personal…I didn't imagine that this company was so large. I did know that it must be a fabulous place to work though. My representative is always so friendly… like chatting with my real-life cool-covert-geeky-cousin to help. I *heart* BLUEHOST!

    Who knew you were so big? And here I thought I had talked to everyone from tech support when I moved over my site to you. Now, I see why the customer service & tech support is so helpful. Keep up the fabulous work.

    I feel the same way. I like that I no very little about the tech end, but Bluehost always walks me through everything. Not only do they fix my issues, but they teach me how to fix it on my own next time.

    Having worked in technical support for both Philips Medical and Consumer electronics. I can tell you bluehost hands down has the best customer service and tech support of any company I have ever called. I will always do business with these guys. They host both of my business websites.

    It's time for change! I've been with a small provider for 6 years; they've been OK but I'm ready to expand our presence, with maximum up-time. I called Bluehost tech support and asked the guy a lot of questions today. I need to make the best decision I can. He was honest and informative.

    From web reviews and now vids to see the people behind the scenes I do get a 'warm fuzzy.' Bluehost cares. I'm the same with my customers; why else be in business?? KUDOS to you guys! Pass me the Koolaid!

    I am about to register with you guys after rigorous…and i mean RIGOROUS research. I hope in a years time i will make a video to give you guys a good review without even becoming an affiliate. Apparently, "bluehost is not great when their website picks up volume/traffic"….but since you are going to be introducing VPS/dedicated plans….i hope you can prove this statement false.
