Tutorial #1: How to Build Your First Website

not reliable! Website has been going down everyday. loosing emails. tech sucks. they have no idea what is going on or when it will be fixed. they did remind me of the tos and that they dont have refunds.

I am the dedicated web developer for Lindsey Stirling and Kurt Hugo Schneider and in today’s video I’m going to show you step-by-step instructions on how to build your own website.

Website Hosting: http://makemoneywithmikeblog.com/url/bluehost
Domain Name: http://makemoneywithmikeblog.com/url/namecheap

It has taken me a few years to find the time to create this video but I think you’re going to find it very valuable! I cover website hosting, domain names, and WordPress. Combine the three of these and you’ll have a stunning website up and running in less than 15 minutes.

You do not need any coding experience either!

I’ve been building websites for the last 11 years. This tutorial will show you the basics of building your first site. It’s easier than you think. With your own website, you are in control. You can add advertisements, affiliate links, sell PDFs, sell physical products and a lot more.

Within this video, I demonstrate how to buy your own custom domain name; in my case, I purchase http://makemoneywithmikeblog.com and with that, I buy my own website hosting. I also install WordPress.

Everything I talk about is just a demonstration of how you can set up your own website but you are never required to buy anything I mention. If you know how to write code and you don’t have a website, I highly recommend building one today and start making money from it.

However, if you don’t know how to write code and you’re sick and tired of filling out surveys, downloading apps for credit, or clicking promoted links from other websites, then I’d say it’s time to find something different. This is something different.

I truly hope this video helps give you some ideas on how to earn money from your own website. In the future, I will be posting videos on website customization, including installing plugins, making your site secure, adding SEO, uploading images and videos, and so much more.

Stay tuned for those videos 🙂
